$95,000 - $120,000 + 401k + Full Healthcare Insurance

In this role you will take ownership of a new project site, manage contractor and stakeholder relations and coordination, while ensuring that project deadlines, budgets, and safety standards are met.

The Role:
- Coordinating contractor operations onsite and ensuring quality and safety standards are adhered to.
- Planning and scheduling meetings with managers and stakeholders.
- Inspecting and recording project progress.
The Person:
- Previous experience supervising commercial construction projects.
- Procore Certified and proficiency in Microsoft Projects.
- OSHA 30 Certified.
