Supervisor - Quality Assurance
$28ph - $33ph ($80k OTE per year) + Guaranteed Overtime + Progression + Excellent company benefits

Are you a Quality Assurance Lead or Supervisor from a manufacturing background, looking to join a long term and successful business offering further career progression into management?
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a technical manufacturing environment where you will play a pivotal role in the success of the quality inspection team.
My client is a specialist manufacturer within the plastics sector and are renowned for their innovative products. They are now looking for a QA Supervisor to be based at their site near Manchester, CT.
Your main responsibilities will be to develop CMM programs, train QA Inspectors, and support in writing validation protocol. You will be part of a tight knit quality inspection team and be seen as the go-to technical expert.
This job would suit a QA Supervisor from a plastics or industrial manufacturing environment, looking to join a rapidly growing company and progress their career.
The Role:
- Part of a 4 person quality inspection team
- Play a lead role and train other staff
- Monday to Friday days role with overtime
The Person:
- Lead QA Inspector / Supervisor
- CMM Programming experience and understanding of GD&T.
- Looking to learn on the job and develop career in the plastics sector.
