£45,000 - £55,000 + Healthcare + Car Allowance + Benefits

Are you a Sustainability Specialist with experience in renewable heating, food production, or energy-from-waste?
This is an outstanding opportunity to join a market-leading renewable energy organisation offering a varied, impactful role with clear pathways for career progression.
Our client is one of the UK's largest operators of Anaerobic Digestion (AD) plants and has experienced significant growth in recent years due to their ongoing success in the sector. They are now seeking a motivated Sustainability Specialist to support their continued expansion.
As the Sustainability Specialist, you will lead sustainability initiatives across multiple AD sites throughout the UK. You will be responsible for managing and maintaining ISCC certification and ensuring compliance with RHI accreditation requirements.
You will bring a background in sustainability within renewable heating, food production, or energy-from-waste, along with strong organisational skills and a proactive mindset. Experience with ISCC certification or RHI compliance is highly advantageous.
This is a key role within the organisation, offering autonomy, strategic input, and the chance to make meaningful contributions to the company's environmental performance.
