The Role:

*Lead, mentor, and grow a multidisciplinary engineering team across software, firmware, and hardware

The Candidate:
*Proven experience in hands-on engineering leadership
*Strong technical background in embedded systems, robotics, or complex hardware/software integration
*Experience delivering multidisciplinary systems in real-time or safety-critical environments
