Grays, Essex (Office Based)
£25,000 - £30,000 + Commission + Training / Development + Progression Opportunities + Company Benefits

An excellent opportunity for a Tele sales Executive with a background in business to business / Business to customer sales looking to join a market leading company where you will play a key role in their expansion whilst having the chance to progress into a management position.

Do you have sales experience within the renewable energy industry? Would you like to work for a leading company who can offer you a great commission structure along with progression routes into management?

This company specialize within the renewable energy sector with impressive aspirations to grow into the battery storage, solar and EV sectors. The large majority of work is based in the Essex area; however contracts are being secured nationwide.

Working from the Grays office, you will be required to help grow the pipeline of jobs, keep regular contact with current clients and ensuring high communication skills are always presented. Predominantly the role will involve lead generation, cold calling, dealing with inbound enquiries and working alongside the solar field sales teams

This role is heavily new business driven therefore require someone with a proven sales background as well as a track record for providing excellent customer service to current clients. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in tele sales and be looking to progress their career.

The Role:

  • Lead Generation, Cold calling & Client relationship building.
  • Dealing with inbound enquiries and enter sales leads onto CRM system.
  • Progression opportunities for successful candidates.
  • Assist in the organising of marketing outreaches to potential clients.
  • Impressive uncapped based commission structure.

The Person:

  • Proven sales experience. (Renewables desirable)
  • Self-motivated, well organised, persistent individual.
  • Looking for opportunities to progress within an exciting company.
  • Within a commutable distance of Grays Office.
