Are you a Tendering Engineer or a Project Engineer with experience in Tender support /Proposals looking for the next exciting step in your career with a well-established, rapidly growing company who are well known for their continued training & development, further progression and excellent benefits package?

Excellent opportunity on offer for a Tendering / Project Engineer with experience in the Subsea, Marine or Oil & Gas industries to join an exceptional company at a very exciting time in their growth in a role where you will deliver high quality to a global client base in a varied & interesting role.

In this role you will work with the Tendering Manager and Tendering coordinator as well as key Account and Project Managers to create and develop tenders for new and existing clients/projects.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience offering Tender/ Proposal expertise on equipment projects within the Subsea/Marine & Oil & Gas industries and experience in proposal writing with an understanding of the technical aspects within this.

The role:

  • Tender, Proposal, Bid writing & Project & Documentation Management for subsea equipment projects
  • Ensure customers' requirements are clearly understood
  • Contributing to the successful delivery of technical packages ensuring they meet client expectations and specifications
  • Delivering projects to tight deadlines and within budget

The person:

  • Strong Tendering & Proposal skills with proven experience in a similar role, Ideally within Subsea, Marine or Oil & Gas industries
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings & schematics
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written), presentation & interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail & the ability to meticulously review technical documentation, project plans and specifications to ensure accuracy and compliance with client requirements & strict deadlines
