They are seeking a driven Territory Manager who can combine strong commercial acumen with cutting tool and machining knowledge to develop distributor relationships, support key accounts, and drive revenue growth.

In this role, you will work closely with distributors and key accounts, deliver technical and commercial support, influence tooling strategies at end-user sites, advise management on product positioning and competitiveness, and execute growth strategies across the territory. You will play a critical role in strengthening long-term partnerships and increasing market share in a high-performing region.

This role is ideal for a sales professional or applications engineer from a cutting tool or machine tool background looking to step into a high-autonomy, territory-owned role with clear earning potential and long-term career progression.

The Role:
Manage and grow sales activity for both standard and engineered cutting tool solutions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and key accounts
Visit end users to influence purchasing decisions, run trials, and support tooling strategies
Train and support distributor sales teams and internal stakeholders on products and applications

The Candidate:
Proven experience in technical sales, territory sales, or applications engineering within cutting tools or machine tools
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to identify and close opportunities
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable delivering technical presentations and on-site customer support
