Trainee Production Technician (Ex-Forces / Navy / Military)
£28,000 - £30,000 + 4-Day Working Week + Full Specialist Training into Production and CNC Machinery + Premium Overtime Opportunities
Workshop Based on a 4-Day Working Week: Commutable from Swindon, Farringdon, Shrivenham, Highworth and Surrounding Areas

This company are market leading packaging manufacturers that supply their bespoke protective packaging to a variety of different industries across the UK. Due to growth, they are now looking for someone from an REME / Navy / Military background due heavily invest in.
On offer is a role with fantastic training and development where you will be trained onto all of the companies machinery in the workshop such as CNC machines, Beam Saws and general woodwork.
The role would suit someone from a REME / Navy / Military background looking to kickstart their civilian career within a company who are looking to heavily invest in an individual and progress them through the company.
The Role:
*Learning and being mentored via the senior staff onto the workshop's machinery
*40 hours a week: Monday-Thursday with Friday off or paid at an enhanced rate
*Workshop Based
