Trainee Recruitment Consultant - Full Training Provided
£25,000 basic salary + Uncapped commission (OTE £35-45K year 1) + Progression + Full Training

The Role:

  • Full life-cycle - 360 recruitment position - Business Development - Full Training Provided - No Experience Required
  • Clients/Businesses: Identifying business partnership opportunities, cold calling, B2B sales, lead generation, relationship development, and securing new clients
  • Candidates: Managing job vacancies from clients, advertising roles, conducting interviews, and overseeing candidate management
  • Project Management: Managing the end-to-end recruitment process

  • Uncapped commission (10-40% of everything you invoice, meaning six-figures has been achieved in year 1 & average first year earnings of £40-60k)
