In this role, you'll teach and guide learners across Level 2 to Level 5 Construction and the Built Environment courses, with a strong focus on Quantity Surveying principles, commercial management, tendering, measurements, costing, and contract administration. You'll play a key role in helping students understand how the industry really works through your real-world experience. This is a 36-hour week with structured teaching hours, manageable workloads, and protected time for planning and administration - plus hybrid working once established.
The ideal candidate will hold an HNC or higher in Quantity Surveying, Construction and the Built Environment, or a related field. Prior teaching experience is not required - full training, qualifications and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role:
*Deliver and teach Level 2-Level 5 Construction & the Built Environment courses (QS and commercial modules included)

The Person:
*HNC or higher in Quantity Surveying, Construction & the Built Environment, or related discipline
*Strong industry experience within Quantity Surveying or commercial management
