In this role, you'll teach and guide learners across Level 2 to Level 5 Construction and the Built Environment courses, with a strong focus on site management principles, health & safety, project coordination, construction processes, planning, and on-site leadership. Your real-world site experience will give students the practical insight they need to enter industry with confidence.
This is a 36-hour week with structured teaching hours, manageable workloads, and protected time for planning and administration - plus hybrid working once established.
The ideal candidate will hold an HNC or higher in Construction and the Built Environment, Site Management, or a related field. Prior teaching experience is not required, full training, qualifications and ongoing support will be provided.

The Role:
*Deliver and teach Level 2-Level 5 Construction & the Built Environment courses (site management modules included)

The Person:
*HNC or higher in Construction & the Built Environment, Site Management, or related discipline
*Strong industry experience as a Site Manager or in a senior on-site role
*Passion for developing future construction professionals
*Looking to move into a teaching/lecturing role and make a real difference
