Vice President of Operations
$165,000 - $175,000 + Performance Bonus (OTE $200k-$230k) + PTO + Full Benefits + Remote Schedule + Training
United States (Remote) with occasional Travel to Greensboro, NC

The company are industry specialists within environmental services, recognised for helping clients manage risk, control costs, and navigate complex regulatory environments.
You will report directly into the executive leadership team and take responsibility for company-wide operations, overseeing multiple departments and leading across functions such as operations, finance, and client services.
This role would suit an experienced VP / Director of Operations looking for a highly autonomous position, full leadership training, and the opportunity to put their own stamp on a business.
The Role:
- Lead and oversee all operational functions across the business
- Develop, mentor, and grow senior management teams
- Drive operational efficiency, process improvement, and strategic initiatives
- Autonomous role with leadership training and an opportunity to become a senior executive
The Person:

- Strong leadership background with broad operational responsibility
- Able to be innovative and collaborative with senior company leaders
