£27,500 - £37,500 + Full Training + Progression + Optional Unlimited Overtime + 34 Holiday Days + Life Cover + Income Protection + 4pm Finish
Workshop Based - Commutable From Stonehouse, Cirencester, Gloucester And Lydney
Are you a Tig Welder that is looking to step into a role that offers further technical training into the role with the scope of you to be trained into a management level role or senior level roles within the business, with the scope of you to become a go-to technical expert in your field, all whilst having the choice of management or charge hand roles, combined with having optional unlimited 1.5x overtime so you can significantly increase your earnings?

The Role:
*Welding and Fabricating within the workshop and site work
*Repairs on pipework
*Full technical training to develop your skill set until you become a technical expert
*Clear scope of progression either off the tools or into a technical lead
The Candidate:
*Welding experience
*Lives within 30 miles of Stonehouse
*Motivated to further develop their skill set
