Trainer Assessor - Electrical Installations
Cambridge
Circa £40 to £50 per hour

Do you want to manage a caseload of apprentices, deliver practical and classroom-based training, conduct workplace assessments, and prepare learners for successful End Point Assessment?
This opportunity would suit someone with strong industry experience who enjoys working with learners and employers, delivering high-quality training, and supporting apprentices to achieve their potential. Assessor qualifications are beneficial but not essential, with training and support available.
The Role
* Deliver high-quality training and support to apprentices
* Conduct workplace assessments and progress reviews
* Monitor and record apprentice achievement and development
* Prepare apprentices for successful End Point Assessment
* Build and maintain strong relationships with employers
* Contribute to business development initiatives
* Keep up to date with industry standards and Health & Safety
* Maintain comprehensive documentation and records
The Person
* Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Domestic and Commercial Electrical Installation
* Industry experience in electrical installations
* Experience in teaching or assessing apprentices
* Strong knowledge of Apprenticeship Standards and EPA requirements
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for workplace visits
