Trainer/Assessor in Electrical Installation (Full Training Provided)

£36,982 - £41,609 + 28% Pension + 52 Days PTO + CPD & Career Progression

In this dual role, you will deliver engaging classroom-based teaching while also managing a caseload of apprentices in the workplace. You will coach, assess and review learners to ensure they meet occupational standards on time, working closely with employers to drive retention, achievement and successful End Point Assessment outcomes.

The Role:

*Delivering high-quality teaching, learning and assessment

*Managing a caseload of apprenticeship learners in the workplace

*Conducting progress reviews, assessments and tracking learner achievement

*Supporting learners to achieve frameworks/standards in line with funding rules

*Liaising with employers to coordinate on- and off-the-job training

*Designing and marking assignments with timely, constructive feedback

*Supporting curriculum development and quality improvement activity

*Ensuring safeguarding, health & safety and compliance standards are met

The Person:

*Degree (or equivalent) within relevant occupational area

*Assessor and Internal Verifier awards (or willingness to achieve within one year)

*Recent industry experience within the relevant sector

*Experience building positive relationships with learners and employers

*Strong understanding of apprenticeship standards and work-based learning

*Organised, resilient and learner-focused

*Confident using e-portfolio systems and digital learning technologies
