As Assistant Project Manager you will support the organization while providing oversight on projects within the organization. Assistant Project Manager's responsibilities include coordinating with different departments to ensure projects are completed on time. This role is also responsible for performing administrative tasks such as preparing invoices, Change orders, budget control, submittals, RFIs, reports, schedules, cash flows, and scheduling meetings as needed.

The role:

  • Help coordinate site activities and field teams
  • Assist in compiling and maintain progress reports, jobsite logs, and other documentation processes
  • Enforce a site-specific safety plan, including all provisions
  • Assist in elevating key issues, problem-solving

The person:

  • Proven work experience as an Assistant Project Manager or similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software
  • Spanish or Portuguese proficiency
  • Previous work experience managing high-end or luxury residential build-outs
  • Must Have Osha 62h.
