Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Business Development specialist to join their team.

In this role you will be based out on site, playing a crucial part in exciting projects. Working closely with clients attending site visits, client meetings ,you will not only manage a portfolio of clients, build relationships with new customers, as well as building on previous relationships, identify new business opportunities, site measures, and resource labour and materials. Each and every day will be different, however if you have a passion for customers, and speaking to people this could be the ideal role for you!

The ideal candidate will have a few years of sales experience, as a minimum 3 years. You must also come from a construction background, or have worked in sales within the construction world previously. You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively across the company.

The Role:

-Sales Person / Business Development
-Managing a portfolio of clients
-Growing your client base and building relationships with customers both previous and new
-Putting in tenders
-Generating new leads
-Achieving sales targets

The person:
-Previous Sales Experience
-Construction Background (preferably utilities/ highways)
-Full driving license
