CAD Manager
$100,000 - $125,000 + Bonus + Full Benefits + Management Training + Career Progression

Are you a Civil 3D CAD professional with leadership experience looking for the opportunity to step into a senior role where you can lead a team, shape standards, and influence major infrastructure projects?

On offer is the opportunity to lead and develop the CAD department, managing a small team of CAD professionals while working closely with engineers and project managers across multiple offices. You will play a key role in developing CAD standards, improving workflows, mentoring engineers, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality construction drawings across a range of civil engineering projects.
This role would suit a Civil 3D professional with leadership experience looking for the
opportunity to step into a management position, develop a team, and progress into senior leadership roles as the company continues to grow.
The Role:
- Lead and manage a team of CAD professionals, with the opportunity to grow the department as the company expands
- Develop and maintain company-wide CAD standards, templates, and workflows
- Collaborate with engineers to produce and oversee civil construction drawing sets using Civil 3D
- Provide QA/QC review, mentorship, and training to CAD staff and engineers across the business
The Candidate:
- Strong Civil 3D experience within civil engineering projects
- Experience supporting or managing CAD standards, processes, or teams
- Leadership or supervisory experience within a CAD or engineering design environment
