This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing structural warranty provider operating nationwide within the residential construction sector. They looking for a Claim and Compliance manager to help streamline their processes within their growing company.

Are you experienced in handling claims with a strong telephone manner? Do you have some construction or housing knowledge wanting the opportunity to progress your career?

The business provides 10-year structural warranties and building control services for new homes, acting as an alternative provider within the market. Working with developers, lenders, and homeowners, the company has recently enhanced its insurer rating and is investing heavily in digital systems, new portals, and process improvements to support further growth, including expansion into social housing.

You'll manage incoming structural claims, ensuring they are logged, assessed, and progressed in line with policy and regulatory standards. The role is office-based and involves regular communication with homeowners, developers, and surveyors, alongside compliance checks on live projects and documentation.

You'll have experience in construction, structural claims, or a related insurance environment, with a solid understanding of how buildings are put together. Strong communication skills, empathy, and the confidence to manage sensitive conversations are essential.

With strong growth plans and increasing claim volumes, there is genuine scope to expand the department over time. The business will support professional qualifications within a stable and evolving organisation.
