The Role:
- Lead the bid preparation process from start to submission, ensuring compliance and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate and integrate subcontractor contributions into high-value proposals.
- Receive specialist training and mentoring to develop into Estimating or Project Management roles.
The Candidate:
- Experience in bid coordination or project support
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Motivated by progression, recognition, and responsibility with a desire to develop into an Estimator or PM role.
