In this role, you will prepare detailed cost estimates, analyze drawings and specifications, manage bid packages, and work closely with project managers, vendors, and trade partners. Your work will play a critical part in ensuring projects are set up correctly from day one and delivered successfully.
This role would suit an Estimator with residential or commercial experience who is motivated by working on premium projects and progressing within a respected construction business.
The Role:
- Prepare detailed estimates and budgets for luxury residential construction
- Review drawings, specifications, and project requirements
- Manage bid packages and subcontractor pricing
- Support preconstruction planning and cost control throughout project delivery
The Person:
- Experience in construction estimating within residential or commercial projects
- Able to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications
- Comfortable communicating with vendors, trades, and internal teams
- Organized, analytical, and able to manage multiple bids
