As a Foreman, you will play an important part in company growth & success.
In this role you will be working with a future driven team to collaborate on the organization of labor & the site team and liaising with the director of construction & design team to understand the drawings & apply what is required to ensure the project runs smoothly. Along with this, you will lead from the front, having a hands-on approach, whilst supervising & providing progress reports for the superintendent. This Foreman will need to communicate instructions, schedule activities & inspect work carried out by the onsite team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Foreman within the horizontal construction sector looking for a company that is team focussed & a great place to work, while offering excellent technical progression & operates within an ambitious & supportive culture. Role:
* Monitor team members to ensure operations are running correctly
* Inspect work carried out by the onsite team
* Providing progress reports
* Progression opportunities - Superintendent (Or more dependant on individual desires)
The Person:
* Experienced as a Foreman operating on horizontal construction projects
* Experienced with bridges &/or highways
* Valid driver license
* Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal staff, subcontractors & clients
