Foreman (Golf Course Construction)
East Coast (3-9 Months at single Location - Fully Paid Accommodation)
$70,000 - $80,000 + $500 Per Diem + Training + Lots of Progression + Health Insurance + Paid Accommodation + PTO + 401k Pension + Bonus Package up to $2k - $8k Per Annum
Exciting opportunity on offer for a Construction Professional who enjoys travelling, rent free living, working on prestigious Golf Courses across the States who is looking to join a rapidly expanding, market leading construction company where you will work on interesting projects whilst having opportunities to progress.
Are you a highly independent Construction Professional who enjoys variety of your work and happy to stay away for 3-9 months at a time working on singular projects which could be anywhere from New York, The Carolina's and Florida but typically along the East Coast? Do you have experience of coordinating construction crews? Do you have the ambition to progress your career?
Established for nearly 40 years this company is rapidly expanding, having tripled in size in the last 6 years. They are a multidisciplinary construction company working on exciting commercial projects within the Golf Construction Sector. They boast to have an excellent culture which promotes from within, with excellent retention rates due to having a fun, social and dynamic working environment where the staff are well looked after. Due to their recent growth and projected growth for this year they are looking to recruit a Foreman to join their close knit team.
In this role you will be based in a singular location for 3-9 months, working on construction irrigation projects on golf courses. You will be overseeing organisation of tasks, managing schedules, managing the inventory timelines, manage timesheets and be responsible from managing the flow of information from the head office to the crew staff. Your accommodation is fully paid for therefore you will benefit from rent free living whilst working in luxurious locations mostly across the East Coast. You will be given full training with a chance to progress into future leadership roles.

The Person:
- Foreman / Field Supervisor / Project Coordinator
- Any Construction Background - Full Training Provided
- Experience of managing inventory
- Experience of managing time sheets
- Experience of working with construction crews
- Must be flexible and happy to travel for 3-9 months (accommodation paid)
- Looking for opportunities to develop and progress
- Clean drivers' licence & ideally able to tow a trailer
- Spanish is desired but not essential
