Are you a Safety Coordinator or EHS professional from the food or beverage manufacturing industry looking to take on more ownership and grow your career?

You'll play a key role in maintaining and strengthening safety standards across the site while gaining exposure to broader EHS responsibilities.
Working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, you'll partner closely with supervisors and production teams to promote safe working practices, maintain compliance, and support day-to-day safety activities. Your ability to communicate clearly in both English and Spanish will be essential when delivering training and supporting a bilingual workforce on the production floor.
This role would suit someone currently working as a Safety Coordinator, EHS Specialist, or Safety Engineer who is ready to step up, take on more responsibility, and make a visible impact within a stable food manufacturing environment.
The Role:
- Coordinate day-to-day EHS and safety activities across production and warehouse operations
- Support OSHA reporting, regulatory compliance, and workplace safety assessments
- Work closely with supervisors and production teams to promote safe working practices
- Deliver safety training and support initiatives that strengthen the site's safety culture
The Person:
- Safety / EHS experience within food or beverage manufacturing
- Background as a Safety Coordinator, EHS Specialist, Safety Engineer or similar
- Bilingual Spanish speaking (essential)
- Comfortable working on the production floor and engaging with employees across the site
