This leading education provider is renowned for delivering high-quality apprenticeship training and outstanding learner support. Their Electrical department is growing rapidly, working with a wide network of employers across the region. They take pride in selecting motivated, capable apprentices who consistently progress into excellent engineering and electrical careers.
In this role, you will work directly with employers and apprentices to support them throughout their learning journey. You'll help source suitable placements, schedule college attendance, conduct apprentice reviews, assess workplace evidence against National Occupational Standards, and ensure learners receive the guidance they need to succeed. Full training will be provided to help you transition smoothly into the role.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified Electrician, ideally with experience working independently or managing their own workload. You will need a NVQ level 3 and a AM2 or a JIB gold card.

The Role:

The Person:
*Qualified Electrician with NVQ Level 3 and a AM2
*Self-employed experience beneficial but not essential
*Strong organisation and communication skills
*JIB Gold Card desirable but not mandatory
