£38'000-£41'000 + Full training provided + Bonuses + Excellent pension + milage +34 days holiday (can be taken anytime during the year)

In this role, you will work closely with apprentices who are completing their electrical apprenticeship. Your role will be to guide, mentor and support them on a 1-to-1 basis, helping them develop the skills, knowledge and confidence needed to become fully qualified electricians. This is not a classroom-heavy position it is a coaching and mentoring role where you can genuinely make a difference.
