You'll join a focused ERP team of three, supported by a wider IT function, taking ownership of customizations, upgrades, and ongoing system improvements. The Epicor system is fully implemented but constantly evolving, with new modules, enhancements, and integrations rolling out as the business grows. Your core mission: streamline Epicor across the organization to keep pace with its growth.
This role offers strong long-term stability and the opportunity to become a recognized technical expert within a flat structure, with clear support for personal development and progression.
The Person
* Strong experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP (essential)
* Proven ability to customize and develop within Epicor (not just support)
* Experience with SQL Server and C# development
* Based in EST time zone (or willing to work EST hours)
* Open to occasional travel (including international)
* Looking for a long-term career move!
The Role
* Working within a close-knit skilled team of 3 others! (Plus a larger IT team)
* Maintain, customize, upgrade and enhance Epicor Kinetic (new modules)
* Provide user support, training, and reporting solutions
* Epicor Kinetic Warehouse, QuickShip, DocStar, accounting & Advanced Financial modules
* SQL Server and C# development
* Occasional travel (including international, a few times per year)
* Work across US and European business hours when required
