The Role:
* 2nd shift
* Oversee production scheduling, team training, and quality control
* Lead a team of 20+ personnel
* Work alongside Quality, Engineering, and Safety teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency

* Previous supervisory experience
* Manufacturing background
* Comfortable with 2nd shift and overtime
