An exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist to join a well-established global manufacturing organization, known for delivering engineered solutions to demanding customers across multiple industries.

Our client is a global manufacturing group with operations across multiple international locations. Continued investment in U.S. facilities has created the need for a HR Generalist to strengthen on-site HR support and develop toward a future leadership role.
In this role, you will support core HR activities within a fast-paced manufacturing facility, working closely with operations and leadership teams. You will be involved in employee relations, compliance, recruitment support, and onboarding, while gaining exposure to talent development, workforce planning, and HR strategy.
This position is ideal for an ambitious HR professional seeking long-term growth within a stable, expanding industrial organization.
The Role:
- Site-based HR Generalist role in a manufacturing environment
- Employee relations, compliance, and investigations
- Recruitment support and onboarding for hourly and salaried staff
- Partnering with operations and leadership teams
- Exposure to HR strategy and workforce planning
- Clear progression into HR Manager or HR Business Partner
- $75,000 - $85,000 + Training + Development + Full Benefits
The Person:
- HR Generalist or HR Administrator experience
- Manufacturing, production, or warehouse background
- Strong employee relations and labor law knowledge
- Experience supporting hourly and salaried employees
- Hands-on, proactive, and detail-oriented
