An exciting opportunity for an HR Manager looking to join one of the most respected names in global packaging, a company known for delivering custom engineered solutions to some of the biggest and most demanding organizations in the world.
Have you got experience working within a manufacturing, production or warehousing environment? Have you got experience in creating hiring strategies and talent proposals?
Our client is a global powerhouse in the packaging space, operating in over 38 countries. They're in rapid expansion mode, actively acquiring companies around the world to stay at the cutting edge of packaging innovation. As part of this growth, they're looking to bring on a high caliber HR Manager to play a pivotal role to the company's growth.
In this varied role, you will oversee all HR related activities across multiple sites, play a key role in labor relations be instrumental in building relationships blue collar and senior level colleagues. You will also create hiring strategies, working with operations and ensuring smooth transition with onboarding process.
This role would ideally suit an HR Manager who is looking to work for Canada's largest manufacturer within their field, where you will receive excellent technical development, whilst progressing to a senior position long-term.
The Role:
- Based on site; no remote working
- Managing all HR related activities
- Big emphasis on talent strategy and onboarding
- $80,000 - $100,000 + Training + Progression + Excellent Benefits
