Hydraulic Technician

£25,000- £39,000 + Pension + Private Health Care (incl Private Dental) + Gym Membership
Excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic Technician looking to expand on their experience within the hydraulic field and progress within an up-and-coming company, to more senior levels.
The company has already established itself as a key player in providing mechanical and hydraulic solutions across a variety of services; including, Rental Equipment, design and manufacturing, refurbishing and service and Marine cranes for international clients. Looking to build upon its reputation by expanding within the renewables market.
In this role you'll be working within the projects and rental divisions to assemble and develop new build equipment as well as mobilise and demobilise a range of hydraulic and mechanical equipment used in renewable energy projects. The role will involve building upon your experience to develop more advanced knowledge within the mechanic and Hydraulic field.
The ideal candidate will already have some experience working with hydraulics (assembly, fitting, operation and maintenance) with the ambition of progressing to the next level within their career.
This is a perfect role for an enthusiastic technician with experience with hydraulic equipment, looking to build upon their experience and advance to the next level of their career within a growing company.
The role:
* Assembling hydraulic power units, control panels and reelers
* Maintaining and refurbishing a range of hydraulic and mechanical equipment
* Mobilising and demobilising rental equipment for energy projects
* Pressure testing of hydraulic hose and filter banks
* Monday to Thursday 7:30-4:30, Friday 7:00-4:00
The Person:
* 2-5 years experience working with hydraulics
* Confidence in assembling, operating, maintaining, and servicing hydraulic equipment
* Appetite for self-development
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong computer literacy
* Passion for the field with a strong work ethic
