Junior High Voltage Engineer - SAP Training Programme
£30,000 to £38,000 + Training to become SAP + 33 Days Holiday + Excellent Benefits

Are you from an electrical engineering background looking to build a long-term career in High Voltage Engineering and be fully trained to become a Senior Authorised Person?
This role offers the opportunity to join an experienced High Voltage team where you'll gain hands on experience across HV construction, maintenance, and commissioning projects while working towards full SAP authorisation.
The company is a well-established engineering services provider supporting major industrial and infrastructure clients across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are expanding their High Voltage team and investing in junior engineers who want to develop specialist HV skills.
In this role, you'll support HV operations on networks up to 33kV, assisting with switching, commissioning, maintenance, and project delivery while receiving structured training and mentorship to progress into an SAP role.
This position is ideal for an electrically qualified engineer seeking long term stability, career development, and the chance to build a specialist skillset within a growing organisation.
The Role:
- Support delivery of construction and asset replacement projects
- Assist with HV switching, isolation, and site safety activities under supervision
- Work alongside experienced engineers to develop HV operational knowledge
- Receive structured training towards SAP authorisation

- Electrical engineering background or qualification
- Keen to build a career within High Voltage engineering
- Willing to learn and develop through structured training
