Senior Authorised Person - High Voltage
£60,000 to £65,000 + Car Allowance + 33 Days Holiday + Excellent Benefits

Are you a Senior Authorised Person looking to play a key role delivering HV projects within a large and growing engineering organisation?
This role offers the chance to take ownership of HV construction, maintenance, and commissioning works, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently while working closely with operations teams and clients.
The company is a well-established engineering services provider supporting major industrial and infrastructure clients across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are now looking to strengthen their High Voltage team in the Hamilton area.
In this role, you'll oversee HV operations on networks up to 33kV, managing switching, safety documentation, commissioning activities, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high standards.
This position suits an experienced Senior Authorised Person or HV Engineer seeking long term stability, development opportunities, and the chance to play a key role within a growing business.
The Role:
- Deliver construction and asset replacement projects across 11kV to 33kV networks
- Carry out HV switching, isolation, earthing, and safety documentation duties
- Manage works to meet client requirements on cost, quality, and deadlines
- Support testing, commissioning, and maintenance of HV distribution systems
- £60,000 to £65,000 + Car Allowance + 33 Days Holiday + Sick Pay + Medical
The Person:
- Senior Authorised Person status
- Experience within HV electrical contracting environments
- Strong knowledge of HV private networks and distribution systems
