LabVIEW Manager
Irving - Texas (On-site)
Salary - $120,000 - $150,000 + Medical + Dental + Vision + 401K + PTO + Profit Sharing + Bonus
Are you a LabVIEW specialist looking to work for an exciting start-up company where you will have the opportunity to lead a team of engineers and progress into directorship.
On offer is a long term permanent role working for a rapidly growing company with an excellent facility and the opportunity to manage and develop a team of engineers whilst progressing to directorship?
My client are an exciting start up specializing in designing, integrating, and producing custom test systems in the energy, defense, aerospace and biomedical industries. Due to continued growth and product demand, they are looking for a LabVIEW Manager to help lead, drive and improve a team of highly skilled engineers.
In this role you will be required to manage a team of engineers to ensure all project deliverables are on-time, on-budget, and meet customer quality requirements. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs and ensure that the team executes projects using standardized processes, tools and procedures. This role will require you to manage multiple projects simultaneously whilst being hands on when required.
This role would suit a self-motivated, LabVIEW expert who is looking to lead a team of engineers on challenging projects for a rapidly expanding company offering structured progression to directorship and above.
The Position:
*Lead cross functional teams of 6-12 engineers.
*Manage full project life-cycle from initial requirements definition through customer delivery.
*Have a technical hands on approach when required.
*Mentor and develop junior and senior colleagues.
The Person:
*Experience working on and leading teams in software and hardware development and integration.
*Looking to be in a customer facing role.
*Project management experience.
*LabVIEW software development experience.
*US Citizen.
