$180,000 - $200,000 + Bonus + Great Benefits Package

In this role you will lead and coordinate subcontractor and site activities on site, manage compliance and ensure schedules are kept throughout one of the largest projects to come to Miami.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a lead project manager role working on large-scale, construction projects throughout all phases.

The role:
- Coordinate all onsite activities on a unique construction project
- Managing the project in its entirety right through to completion
- On-site leadership of full team and sub-contractors
- Manage ongoing quality control and efficiency
The person:
- Experience in a Lead Project Manager role
- Large-scale construction project experience
- Previous experience working for a General Contractor
