Lead Superintendent
Wellington, Florida
$145,000-$150,000 + 3 weeks PTO + 401(k) + Health Insurances + Standard Holidays

In just four years, they've built over 7,000 residential units and are a top real estate development firm in South Florida. Specializing in residential and commercial construction, they've won lucrative contracts and seek a motivated Lead Superintendent to join their team.
In this role you'll be primarily stationed within Wellington, FL and will hold responsibility for overseeing teams, collaborating closely with the Senior Project Manager, inspectors, sub-partners, and clients, as well as serve as a lead member of the team by mentoring and training up field personnel.

The role:
- Plan projects in conjunction with project manager - determine scope, schedule and equipment/resource
- Full compliance with health and safety industry standards and regulations
- Communication with clients regarding schedules and field operations
- Mentoring and training field personnel
The person:
- Previous experience in a Superintendent role
- On-site construction experience
- Valid driver's license
