The Role:
- Oversee field personnel, monitor daily and weekly schedules, identify and solve problems, and report any issues. Enforcing company's safety program to meet objectives
- Plan and coordinate construction activities including work with other company superintendents and subcontractors.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers, inspectors, and other employees.
The Person:
- Experience in Land Clearing or Utilities Construction
- Previous experience in leading on site construction
- Willing to take the step up and contribute to future growth of the company
