In this role you will be working with and assisting the Maintenance Manager in promoting reliability programs, including condition monitoring, root cause analysis and CMMS usage, you will be responsible for the PPM & reliability maintenance team.
This role would suite a Maintenance Supervisor from a manufacturing background looking for their next challenge within a rapidly expanding company.
The Role:
- Assisting the Maintenance Manager in promoting the reliability programs (Condition Monitoring, Root Cause Analysis, FMECA, Planned Preventive Maintenance and CMMS usage)
- Working within all production area's across the site to develop a reliability plan for the site
- Reporting directly to the Maintenance Manager, responsible for the PPM / Reliability Maintenance Team
The Candidate:
- Maintenance experience in a manufacturing / process facility
- CMMS Experience
- Good working knowledge of maintenance practices
