Manufacturing Engineer
Up to $44/hr
On-site | Full-Time | 40 hrs/week
Location: Illinois
6 month Fixed-Term Contract with potential to be permanent

You'll collaborate with skilled engineers and technicians to refine manufacturing systems, apply lean principles, and drive ongoing improvements in safety, quality, and performance. The Role
- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives.
- Design, modify, and optimize tooling and production systems.
- Support robotics, PLCs, and advanced manufacturing technologies.
- Drive continuous improvement using lean and quality principles.
The Person
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- Proven background in a modern manufacturing environment.
- Confident with automation, robotics, and process optimization.
- A proactive problem-solver who enjoys hands-on engineering.
Typical hours: 40 per week, Monday-Friday.
