Are you an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer looking to step up into leadership and develop your own design team?

The Role:
- Lead, support and develop a team of mechanical designers
- Plan and manage project design workload and priorities
- Review designs and assemblies to ensure quality and consistency
- Contribute to design work as required
- Collaborate with project engineering, manufacturing, and other internal teams
The Person:
- Strong mechanical design background
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience with 2D and 3D design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)
- Leadership experience beneficial but not essential - strong designers looking to move into management are encouraged to apply
- Knowledge of power transmission equipment (motors, gearboxes, bearings etc.)
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, material handling, or similar environments
