MES Engineer
Belper/Derby
£42,000 + Bonus(up to £1.5k) + cycle to work scheme + training/development + Life Assurance + Pension + Holiday
Are you an experienced Manufacturing Execution Systems Engineer looking to join a well-established company within the heating and energy sector, where you will work in a state of the art facility?
On offer is the opportunity to join a globally renowned company, giving you the chance to use various software packages to develop and manage process control across the production process.
This company specialises in manufacturing products and systems that use renewable energy. Through innovation and quality of service, they now require an MES Engineer to work with NPI projects and process engineers to implement new products to existing and new production lines.
In this role, you will help the company continue its goals in growth, whilst also providing a brilliant service by liaising with third party supports/suppliers when necessary.

The Role:
- Troubleshoot and solve production based IT systems.
- Increase production of heating solutions including heat pump products.
- Assist group production IT to implement and maintain internationally recognised standards for systems cyber security and the implementation of IT solutions.
The Applicant:
- Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic degree with a bias to software and control systems engineering.
- Experience using Microsoft Windows 10 operating system.
- Network management and troubleshooting (TCP/IP and WAN/LAN/WI-FI/EtherCat)
- Flexible approach to work as some out of hours work will be required to help support the production team.
