This Internationally successful organization specialize in an array of Toolmaking, Injection Molding and custom prototype projects - working historically with a variety of Tier 1 Automotive Manufacturers.
In this role, you will showcase both your Managerial and Technical ability - developing processes that optimize cost, quality and scheduling - whilst remaining hands-on with the team on the shop floor, encouraging a good company culture whilst innovating your proven Manufacturing techniques.
This role would suit a Plant Manager - that has experience building tools within a Die Cast / Injection Molding environment; looking to really make a difference in this ambitious and successful business.
The role:
- Hands on Management - engaging with employees on the shop floor
- Provide guidance and support to strengthen Toolmaking and Process ability
- Support with Estimations, Project planning, Financial targets and internal metrics
The person:
- Proven experience with Die Casting
- Has previously built tools earlier in their career (Heavier Industrial / Automotive / Molten Aluminum)
- Enjoys working with people and actively engaging with colleagues
- Lives locally to Benton Harbor or happy relocating to this area in Michigan
