$95,000 - $115,000 + Benefits + Progression

In this role, you will take full ownership of factory production, leading day-to-day operations, improving processes, and driving output across a multi-skilled manufacturing environment. You'll play a key role in building structure, implementing standards, and ensuring consistent delivery as the operation scales.

The Role
- Lead day-to-day factory production across a modular manufacturing facility
- Drive output, workflow, and delivery against production targets
- Implement and improve manufacturing processes, including lean / 5S principles
- Lead and develop multi-skilled production teams (trades and technicians)
- Own quality, health & safety, and operational standards across the plant
The Person
- Production / Manufacturing leadership experience
- Background in multi-process manufacturing environments
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and implementing lean principles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build structure and accountability
- Hands-on approach with the ability to operate both on the floor and strategically
