Production Manager - Textiles / Aerospace
Jacksonville, Florida (Relocation Provided)
$130,000 - $150,000 + Bonus + Unlimited PTO + Holiday + 401(k) + Medical, Dental, Vision + Benefits Package

In this role you will lead production teams through a wide range of manufacturing and be responsible for develivering KPIS and mentoring staff. You will be responsible for enhancing production systems and planning systems through continuous improvement initiatives, mentor and develop production teams, plan and lead the production department finances and KPI's, whilst growing the team and department.
This position would suit someone with experience in a sewing, cutting, RF or hot air welding environment, that is looking to play a vital role in developing and enhancing production within a pioneering manufacturing plant with continued growth and exciting investment in new technology.
The Role:
* Managing a small team of Supervisors with over 150 indirect reports
* Design and enhance product processes and systems
* Lead continuous improvement activities, production finances and KPI's
* Mentor, train and grow the production team
The Person:
* Production Manager
* Experience within cutting, sewing, RF welding or hot air welding environment
* Aerospace or textiles background
