You will be responsible for leading production operations during the night shift, ensuring all processes run safely, efficiently, and in line with quality standards.
The Role:
- Lead and mentor production teams to meet and exceed performance targets
- Enforce safety policies and company procedures across the production floor
- Manage workflow, scheduling, and employee training
The Candidate:
- From a Manufacturing and Production background
- Supervisor experience in a fast-paced environment
- Familiar with Safety Standards
