In this role you will be responsible for directing, monitoring and managing multiple construction projects. You will be responsible for setting the standard of the expected outcomes, providing a clear path for the teams to be successful and be well versed in implementing the necessary measures to maintain schedule, budget and project quality. You should be able to communicate effectively with all internal and external stakeholders, making changes and adjustments where necessary to ensure each team member is capable of being successful in their role.

The Role
- Oversee the successful completion of multiple projects
- Responsible for schedules, budgets, requisition, submittals and purchasing
- Experience with change orders, RFIs, safety and closeout is also critical
- Ensure clear lines of communication between all internal and external stakeholders
- $190,000 - $200,000 + Bonus + Insurances + Training
The Person
- Commercial construction project experience
- Experience as a Project Manager or Project Executive
- Experience on multi-million dollar projects
- Looking for a long term, stable role with the opportunity to impact the trajectory of the company
