Project Manager (Residential Refurbishment)
£50,000 - £60,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus
North London
Excellent opportunity for a Project Manager with a residential construction background to join a family feel construction company specialising in bespoke residential refurbishment projects, in a role with great career progression, good company culture, interesting high quality projects alongside a great salary and package.
On offer is the chance to work on bespoke, high end residential refurbishment in affluent areas of London including Chelsea, Kensington and Guildford with an aspiring company, great company culture and the chance to progress up to high levels as the company grow.
This ambitious company specialise in the development of high value bespoke residential properties for private clients valued up to £2-3 million working on a variety of full refurbishments to extensions,. They pride themselves on producing a high quality product which has earnt them a great reputation creating a healthy influx of work from new clientele. Now due to increasing workload they are looking for a Project Manager with a residential background and interest in bespoke construction, to join the team.
In this role you will be based on a number of sites in and around North London and Guildford working on single dwelling projects for private clients valued up to £1mil. You will be responsible for organising and managing sites and subcontractors, meeting with clients, working with architects, and ensuring projects are running to time, budget, quality and programme. As a small company you will be working closely with the Director and have the opportunity to not only grow with the company but be able to help mould the future of the business.
