$110,000 - $120,000 + Progression to Senior roles + Excellent PTO + Bonus + Fantastic Benefit Package (Medical, Dental, Vision)
Excellent opportunity for a Project Superintendent to join a well-established and growing multifamily developer/builder delivering high-quality residential communities.

Due to multiple new project awards, they are seeking a motivated Project Superintendent to join their construction team.
In this role, you will oversee daily on-site construction activities, coordinate subcontractors, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure projects are delivered on schedule and within budget. You will play a key role in the successful execution of multifamily projects from start through completion.
