£60,000-£70,000 + Mileage + Pension

Looking to expand the business with a number of exciting projects on the horizon, our client pride themselves on encouraging a flexible environment, encouraging a work-life balance whilst delivering a first-class service to their clientele. Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team.
In this role you will be based in their Leicester office, playing a crucial part in exciting projects which will range in size within the residential sector. Working closely with the team,?you will help to estimate and control costs, complete quantity take-offs, issue labour packages, form CVR's, procure materials, manage contractual relationships and monitor the project and overall cost until completion.
The ideal candidate will have a few years of quantity surveying experience within the construction industry. You will have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate effectively across the company.
