Quantity Surveyor
Hemel Hempstead, Hybrid available
£55,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Mileage + Progression to Senior QS + Further Training + Benefits

As part of their continued expansion and a growing pipeline of work, they are now seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to support the next exciting phase of their growth.
In this role, you will take responsibility for a diverse portfolio of commercial projects, including fit-outs, refurbishments, and reactive maintenance works. Working as part of a close-knit commercial team, you will support all aspects of the commercial function, from cost management to subcontractor engagement. The position offers a flexible hybrid working model, with regular site visits to ensure project delivery is aligned with commercial objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a background in Quantity Surveying, with experience in either fit-out, refurbishment, or reactive maintenance projects. You will be a proactive self-starter with a strong desire to learn, develop, and progress within a growing and supportive organisation.

The Role:
- Provide contractual advice to the business and project team
- Cost planning, budget estimating, and monitoring actual costs against budget
- Effectively communicate with PM, Site based teams, and clients to ensure projects are delivered to requirements
- Assist other departments as and when required
- Office based in Hemel Hempstead, with travel to site & work from home available after 3 months
The Person:
- Quantity Surveyor with experience in commercial construction projects - Fit Out, Refurbishment, Reactive Maintenance
- Self-motivated and looking to progress your career
- Full UK Driving License
